The Basic Literacy Project (BLP) has been implementing by Chandradip Development Society (CDS) under support from Non-formal Education Bureau of Bangladesh Government. Under the project 500 more education centers are currently operational in Hizla Upazila under Barishal District. Basically aged between 18 to 60 years mass people both male and female are the major participants of this project. Basic literacy knowledge in practical is provided under this BLP.
